01

What the name means

Pulse means the rhythm of everyday actions: tasks, habits and completion records. Orbit means the wider context: projects, life areas and your chosen focus. The name helps describe the connection between them.

02

How it looks in Sinqly

Write a task, add a repeated action to habits and look at your focus. You do not have to use every section: start with what helps over the next day.

03

How a task differs from a habit

A task has a specific result, after which it can be closed. A habit describes an action you want to repeat. A project brings related tasks together towards a larger result.

04

What reviewing life areas offers

It helps you articulate where you want change. Ratings are subjective: they reflect your perception, not a diagnosis or an objective ranking of your life.

05

What this approach does not promise

Pulse Orbit is the name of Sinqly’s product approach. It is not an independently scientifically validated method, therapy or a promise of a particular productivity increase. Its usefulness is tested through your own actions.

Make the first step your own.

Choose one action from this article. Add it to Sinqly, set a near-term deadline and return to review the result.
